Join the Fun! Reserve one of our Patron Tents and

host your own private symphony party!

A great option for both business and social contacts, host your guests under the comfort of your own private tent and adjoining area.  Bring your own food, have it catered by your favorite chef or purchase your meals at the Chetola buffet.  You also provide the beverages of choice so the options are nearly endless.  For even more fun, compete in the themed tent decorating contest.  Prizes awarded!  This year's theme:  SILVER!  in honor of our 25th anniversary.  Silver Spoons!, Silver Hair!, Hi Ho Silver! The possibilities are limited only by your creativity. 

Patron tent packages include a single 10*10 tent, a table, table linens, 13 tickets (one for your caterer), 12 chairs and signage for your space.  Double and Triple packages also available.  Tents are offered to previous patrons first but a waiting list is available.  Please call Billie Rogers, Events Director, for pricing and to be added to the waiting list.  Patron tents begin at $725 for side sections with a Chamber member discount.
